This is the fifth workshop in the series 'Bloom Where You're Planted', where we will be focussing on opening and aligning the Throat Chakra ..... 'Vishuddha' in Sanskrit, which means 'especially pure'.


Vishuddha is the energy vortex within the body's energy system, through which we discover our inner Purity & our own unique original Truth. Vishuddha is also the vehicle through which we are able to express and share our truth with purity and honesty. It is therefore associated with deep listening, clear communication, personal integrity and personal honour.


By opening our Throat Chakra we align ourselves with our own higher discernment and therefore create a Life that is a direct reflection of our inner truth. With an aligned Throat Chakra, challenging experiences are used as opportunities to gain wisdom and growth, which in turn reflect on the level of personal success we can experience in Life.
