Introducing the second FULL DAY WORKSHOP in the series ...'Bloom Where You're Planted' to connect, discover & nurture a deeper, more Loving relationship with your own 'BeYOUtoFull' Self.

In this Second Workshop (part of a Series which I am planning to offer throughout the year), we will focus on 'Anahata' the Heart Chakra Energy Centre located at the centre of the chest in the human energy system, which unifies the non-physical spiritual realms with the physical aspects of our being. Anahata literally translates as 'unhurt' .... so this will be a day to open and align with the Divine unconditional Love within our own Hearts, to nurture and care for ourselves with Compassion, Tenderness & Trust as we open more and more into our pure natural state of Freedom and Joy.
