A Live Online Day Retreat, to focus on opening, purifying & aligning your Vishuddha or the Throat Chakra Energy Center. Vishuddha in Sanskrit translates as 'especially pure'.
Vishuddha is the energy vortex within the body's energy system, through which we discover our inner Purity & our own unique original Truth. Vishuddha is also the vehicle through which we are able to express and share this truth with purity and honesty. It is therefore associated with deep listening, clear communication, personal integrity and personal honour.
By opening our Throat Chakra we align ourselves with our higher discernment and can subsequently create a Life that is a direct reflection of our truth. Challenging experiences are then used as opportunities to gain wisdom and growth, which in turn impacts the level of personal success we can create and experience in Life.

By simply accepting myself, Loving myself, nurturing myself, sharing myself and BEING myself fully ..... I would blossom ...... and in turn inspire and serve others, to shine brightly too.
