Switching:
These exercises reset any electrical scrambling caused by stress, so clear communication can occur between the brain & body.
Exercise 1:
Holding first two fingers together on one hand, rub top & bottom of lips side to side, while the other hand is held over the belly button. Then swap hands.
Exercise 2:
With thumb & middle finger of one hand, rub K27's (indents under collar bones) while the other hand is held over belly button. Swap hands.
Exercise 3:
Rub tail bone with one hand, while the other hand is held over the belly button. Swap hands.
Tracing Central Meridian:
Place one hand at the level of the pubic bone palm up, and trace up the centre of your body as far as the bottom lip. Trace this meridian three times.
Strengthening Vision:
With the thumb & middle finger of one hand, rub the K27's (indents under collar bone) with the other hand held over the belly button, while moving your eyes in all directions.
Strengthening Auricular Energy:
Helps to increase the level of sensory input you can process and can also help with tension in the shoulder and neck area.
With your head turned to one side, gently unfurl your ear which is facing front, from the top of the ear all the way to the bottom of the ear lobe, pulling away from the orifice. Swap sides.
Cross Crawl Exercises:
Cross crawl exercises help to strengthen the energy crossover between the right & left hemispheres of your brain, to aid clear thought, helping you feel more balanced and giving an improvement in coordination.
March on the spot making sure that you are lifting opposite leg & arm with exaggerated movements.
Three Thumps:
To help restore your body's energy when you're feeling tired, increase your level of vitality & help to strengthen the immune system in times of stress.
Exercise 1:
Using both hands, with fingers & thumb together, gently tap K27's (indents under collar bone)
Exercise 2:
Using one hand, with fingers & thumb together, gently tap area over the thymus gland at the centre of the sternum.
Exercise 3:
Using one hand, with fingers & thumb together, gently tap spleen point (indent on left side of body, between the 7th & 8th ribs)
Crown Pull:
Wakes up the energy flow at the crown of the head, refreshing the mind & brings a feeling of calm to the nervous system. It can help to relieve headaches & stress induced stomach ache. It also adds energy to the abdominal muscles.
Exercise:
Place finger tips of both hands along the top of your head & gently but firmly pull apart so there is a slight tugging of the skin. Repeat moving from the front of the head towards the back.
Infinity Weaving:
Weaving figure eight shapes in the subtle bodies in all directions to strengthen, enhance & connect your energy fields into a tight web of communication so the energy can easily travel to where it wants to go and your whole system works with a sense of harmony and cooperation.
